Refund Policy

Moncho.ai ("Moncho," "we," "us") sells digital access to market intelligence through Sherpa and related platform features. This Refund Policy explains what happens if you purchase a Pro credit pack on moncho.ai during our beta period.

All sales are final

Pro and Pro Growth are one-time prepaid credit packs, not subscriptions. Once payment succeeds, the sale is final. We do not offer cash refunds, partial refunds, or money-back guarantees on Pro packs during beta or MVP launch.

Closing checkout before payment completes does not charge your card. Credits are delivered digitally to your account after successful payment.

Goodwill credits (discretionary)

If you experience a genuine problem — for example, payment succeeded but credits were not delivered, or Sherpa failed repeatedly on a paid run — contact us at policy@moncho.ai. At our sole discretion, we may add Sherpa credits to your account as a goodwill gesture.

Goodwill credits are not a refund, are not guaranteed, and do not return money to your payment method.

Payments and disputes

Checkout is processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Receipts and tax handling may come from Paddle. Payment disputes and chargebacks may be handled under Paddle's buyer policies. Moncho does not operate a self-serve refund queue.

Beta

Moncho is in beta. Policies may evolve as the product matures. Beta status does not create a right to cash refunds.
